FOOTHILLS LOGISTICS-CHAD is operating in Cameroon, Chad and the Central African Republic

Chad is a land locked country with no inland waterways. Being member of the Central Africa Economic Country Community, the only ports of entry so far are the Douala and Kribi Sea Port in Cameroun.

The Port of Cotonou, Benin is mostly used for trucks and vehicles but not for containers and general cargo reception.

Rail/road transit time is 14 days minimum from Douala/Kribi to Bangui

Full road transit time is 5 days from Douala/Kribi to Bangu

Electronic Cargo Tracking Notes (ECTN) can be produce both for Chad and Central African Republic in Douala (Cameroon).

FOOTHILLS LOGISTICS-CHAD is joint venturing with TIME-INTERNATIONAL for customs clearance to offer an AIRPORT to DOOR service in Chad.

The transit clearance at Douala and Kribi seaports is 5 days maximum if FOOTHILLS LOGISTICS-CHAD receives all required and correct documents 14 calendar days prior to the cargo arrival at Port.

Chad is not equipped with a railway however, it is possible to transport by railcars from Douala to N’Gaoundere (Cameroon) by train and transship all cargo to trucks to any location in Chad. The Port of Kribi is not linked to a railroad yet however a transfer from that seaport to Douala is possible.
